religion...(don't try this at home)

PARENTAL ADVISORY: This blog may contain traces of religion .It may make you doubt you're own faith, or deeply offend you, or make you bored.
Personally I hope it's all 3.
Now I don't belive in a religon as such. I don't belive in Charles Dawrwins' theory either, while i know he has a lot of facts to back it up, I also know he is one man, one man that can't be entirely accurate because he wasn't there at the beggining of time, so there is no way, SCIENTIFICALLY, that he can be 100 percent correct. Now my problem with religion is that I personally belive that a small majority of worshipers worship out of fear, and not love. That being said I have met people who do have genuine love for they're lord, and faith, that doesn't spawn from wanting to have a get-out-of-death free card to the afterlife. These people are the reason I don't think religion is stupid, unlike a lot of aethists like me.

What i belive in is us.
We share one sky,
and therefore we share the same destiny,
and we have the same place in this world when all is said and done.
I also belive that if we spent more time focusing on our time here and now, we'd be better off than if we try and distract ourselves from the real problems by finding out where we came from. There are some exceptions to this, like the particle accelerator, and how finding out about the supposed "big bang" (and i use the word "supposed" with a great ammount of emphasis) has helped us develop new things.

So yeah, pretty touching stuff.
